Rachael A. Matheny-Kaanehe was admitted to the California Bar in 2001. She graduated from Brigham Young University in Utah with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998 and in 2001 she received her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, San Diego. In addition to her separate practice, she also currently serves as General Counsel in Newport Beach to a financial planning firm and an emerging technology company. She is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Southern California Chapter, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, Orange County Chapter.
She is an experienced owner/operator of both a national franchise business in Southern California and an independent e-commerce business.
